Rising Above Anger

Day 15 – OctPoWriMo – the prompt is blue. The form is a Musette. Again this spoke so deeply to an experience today and reminds me that I hold my own power. The words from someone filled with such anger and such bitterness and refuses to listen to the truth cannot take that away. It is something we all should remember, I believe.

Rising Above Anger

Mood high

Until you came,

Eyes cry.

 

Black heart,

Bitter harsh words,

Torn apart.

 

Deep cries,

Loving myself,

Blue skies.
